Usama Silk collects only what an order or enquiry needs: your name, contact details, delivery address and, for bespoke work, your measurements. Nothing else.
We use this information to confirm orders, arrange fittings and deliver your pieces. We do not sell, rent or trade your details with anyone.
Order and enquiry data is processed by Presence, our website platform, and stored securely. Payment happens on delivery or in store — we never hold card numbers.
